This is THE MONTAGE HOUR!

An image dump! One comprised mostly of montages, as the name implies, of makeup done in the past couple of weeks. Christmas makeup was nothing exciting so I skipped on showing those; the only fun stuff I tried was a lovely golden glitter + cut crease thing but that was ruined by my falling ill. Boo!

They see me derpin, they hatin

Lid/crease: NYX Champagne everywhere, hence the high-shine brow area

Liner: SM Gasoline Rainbow mixed with PE and topped with a bit more of the shadow

Cheeks: ELF Pink Passion blush

Lips: Revlon Love That Pink, probably over UD lip liner in Ozone

This is, quite honestly, the only good picture of this makeup.

Lid: ES Necropolis over PE

Crease: the powder side of the ELF Studio eyebrow kit in medium

Lower lashline/waterline area: UD 24/7 liner in Corruption, possibly topped with more Necropolis

I have to say that I really liked the smokey eyes but hated the lipcolor that I was wearing in these photos. It's a lovely berry-ish color but it looked awful with the rest of the makeup. Awkward hooker-in-training stuff.

Bubble gum bubble gum in a dish HOW MANY PIECES DO YOU WISH?

Lid/upper crease/lower lashline: NYX JEP in Milk (lid only), GC Companion Cube

Crease/liner: matte black from the WnW Greed palette

Tightlining?/smudged into lower lashes: UD 24/7 liner in Oil Slick

Cheeks: NYC Sunny bronzer applied like a blush

I like how the bronzer is matte and, for some reason, turns a little pink when it's on me. Maybe it just looks warmer compared to my skin tone.

I don't have much to say about this one because I actually really like it.

Lid/crease: UD Cream Shadow in Midnight Cowboy (the stuff that came in the squeezy tubes with the doe foot applicators) topped with the grey-ish lavender shadow from the WnW trio of suck

Liner/tightlining: UD 24/7 liner in Oil Slick

Cheeks: NYC Sunny bronzer

Mouf: OPI "Yes I Can-Can!" lipliner, lightly applied all over the mouth and blended, with Yes To Carrots Lip Tint in Coral Sunshine and a little Artistry lipstick in Prim

I kind of like the slight lavender tint to the combination of lip products but HOLY COW do I despise the YTC tinted lip balm. My tube is probably two or three years old and it has a horrible squishy texture that, when pressed against the lips, leaves entirely too much product. It looks kind of... cakey and dry, and very frosty. It doesn't smell off or taste bad, so I'm not sure if the product itself is the problem or if I just need to toss the tube (which I'm probably going to do anyway because it is the opposite of what is good).

More things coming up the tubes (where the hell did I pick that up?), including an update on the "Use It or Lose It" business and something that might be exciting or lame, not sure yet.

Geek Chic Cosmetics swatchfest: Timey Wimey collection and miscellaneous others

Last week (on Wednesday, actually) I received my Black Friday order from Geek Chic Cosmetics. I couldn't do much about it that day because we had to take mom-in-law home from the hospital but I've finally finished with pictures and labeling. Yaaaay swatches!

First up we have le glitters and le samples.

pretty things

Glitter Bombs in Frag and Plasma:

Frag and Plasma

HOLY SPARKLES BATMAN

FRAG OUT!

FRAG OUT

Both were swatched over Fyrinnae Pixie Epoxy. They're multicolored glitters with strong holographic effects (or however you say that). In lower lighting Frag looks like a steel-grey glitter that reflects silver, which is seriously awesome. Plasma is predominantly green and purple but the bits of holo glitter keep it from looking too Barney-the-dinosaur.

.

Samples of Inevitable Betrayal, Viking King, Kingslayer, Continuum, and Companion Cube.
Top row is over ELF Eyelid primer, bottom row is over Fyrinnae Pixie Epoxy.

Sample swatches

Inevitable Betrayal: a dusty brontosaurus apatosaurus green with a hint of antiqued gold at the edges and some fine silvery sparkles. The golden tone wasn't as strong as the swatch provided on the website but it's still a lovely color.

Viking King: perfectly antiqued gold; at some angles the slightly taupey base is more prominent, but put it under strong lighting and the beautiful golden sheen will stab you in the eyes for your lack of faith. This was incredibly smooth and pigmented, the site swatches were very accurate and I absolutely adore it.

Kingslayer: a soft, warm cream with very slightly pink tones that reflects gold and copper. This one was hella hard to photograph. No matter what I did I couldn't get what I saw to show up on film. In the swatch photo the golden-coppery bits are somewhat visible around the edges of the product and they show up as a sparkle instead of a sheen. In person it's more of a pearled effect. This would be gorgeous as a highlighter anywhere on the face. "Including in my eyeballs?" OF COURSE.

Continuum: bright and sparkly sunshine yellow. Very pigmented primary yellow rather than the slightly orange photo shown on the product page. The shimmer/sparkles are a lighter shade of golden-yellow.

Companion Cube: bright hot pink. This was a free sample. The photo of the sample pod is darker than the actual product. The swatches are much more accurate. You'll definitely want a slightly sticky base with this one because of the silver sparkles. In the swatch photo you can see that they disappeared. I don't particularly like the swatch pictures or descriptions from the site; I found this to be more of a pearly finish than a shimmer, and from the site swatches I expected something much cooler in tone, more like Aromaleigh Fanclub. I don't have a pink this bright, so I'm happy they sent it with my order.

.

The complete Timey Wimey collection, first row: Bad Wolf, Bigger on the Inside, Untimely Love, Exterminate!
Second row: Sexy in Suspenders, We are Coming, Yes, Sir, Don't Blink

Timey Wimey

In this shot you can see the pretty sparkles in 'Yes, Sir' and 'Sexy in Suspenders'

For some reason I made the swatch images vertical instead of, you know, making them fit into a blog post. Steeempy, you eeeediot!

Top row of the Timey Wimey collection; left side over ELF Eyelid primer, right over Pixie Epoxy

Bottom row of the Timey Wimey collection; left side over ELF Eyelid primer, right over Pixie Epoxy

Bad Wolf: a shimmery soft/dusty purple overdosed with purple and gold sparkles. I disagree with the website description of this shade as a "royal purple" but I forgive them because it's beautiful.

Bigger on the Inside: true blue with a gold sheen; over Pixie Epoxy the gold becomes very strong and gives the shadow a somewhat green appearance. I think the base is matte because it turns a bit darker over Pixie Epoxy and changes texture.---not enough to be a problem, though. I love this stuff and I can't wait to see it in strong sunlight. AUGH. Evil northern hemisphere winter.

Untimely Love: rusty-nails red with minty green sparkles. Another color that's very different over the Pixie Epoxy; the base becomes a little darker and more brown and the sparkles are all "HEY THAR". The description made me think of MAC Club, which I do not own, but I think it's different because the green comes through as fine true green sparkles rather than a blue-green sheen.

Exterminate!: metallic copper-gold with some gold and pinkish-red sparkles. YES. Love. I'm all about the golds and bronzes.

Sexy in Suspenders: soft, pale putty-taupe with so many icy blue and lavender sparkles. Excuse me while I go snort a gram of this stuff. I might need backups of this.

We are Coming: dark chocolate base with a warm copper glow that turns to a true gold in sunlight, and multicolored sparkles . I have two pictures of We are Coming just to try and show how it glows in the light. At first it's all "Hey, y'all, I'm a boring old dark brown" but then it turns awesome. I can see green, blue, red and gold sparkles, even though the site description says there are only red and blue ones. Whatever, I can handle extra sparkly goodness.

Yes, Sir: soft pink-red base with blue sparkles that make it look even cooler. Another one that turned darker over Pixie Epoxy (hello, matte base). The PE made the base look cherry-red, so if you're not a fan of cool reds you might want to avoid this color. I'm all about red eyeshadow so this is right up my alley.

Don't Blink: cool, ever-so-slightly lavender silver with shimmer EVERYWHERE. It looks nice over primer, but PE makes this color sexystunningdelicious. I love silver eyeshadows with brown or black in the crease so I'm excited to try that out, maybe for Christmas or something. This one is blindingly sparkly in person, almost like a straight glitter, but the shimmery base holds it together so it doesn't fly everywhere when you open the jar.

These were all quite difficult to photograph. The colors with shifting sparkles---Sexy in Suspenders, Yes, Sir, Bigger on the Inside, Untimely Love---ended up rather muted on the camera no matter how many photos I took, so even though you can see some of the gorgeousness please keep in mind that everything is even prettier in person. The only shadow that I've worn yet is Companion Cube so I can't comment on ease of application or wear time for the TW collection.

My favorite shadows so far are Sexy in Suspenders (holy tits it is gorgeous in person), We are Coming, Exterminate! and Bigger on the Inside. They're all beautiful but I love the glowy, color-changing goodness of those four so much.

.

Momo lipgloss. The tube looks quite brown compared to the original description of the product.

oh my

The tube is surprisingly large; the photo makes it look like I have chubby little doll hands, but that's not the case. Here it is compared to a mascara tube for reference:

On the lips it's semi-sheer and looks much more like the website description. I feel like it's a very flattering, easy to wear shade for warm-toned persons. Not sure if this will hold true for cool-toned people, but it's worth a try for how pretty it is.
It's sparkly without being overly so, and a few of the little glimmery bits are MULTICOLORED which I like. In spite of how sparkly this is it doesn't feel at all gritty. Momo is a little sticky, but not nearly as much as a Revlon Super Lustrous gloss. The texture actually reminds me of the Darling Girl Holo-glosses; it has a bit of a plush, cushy feeling on the lips, and it has more of a sheen or dewy glow than a watery mirror-like shine.

This lasted about three hours on me without eating or drinking. Once the eating commenced (dinner at Denny's, so classy) the liquidy-glossy portion of the product faded quickly but the pigment lasted. Even after eating my lips felt a bit moist from the gloss, which I consider a plus.

.

Review, in a nutshell: the colors are beautiful and smooth, everything was packaged carefully and came with an invoice, shipping was reasonable. Everything was labeled with ingredients (including samples) and the owners have obviously put a lot of care into their brand. I APPROVE.

I'm surprised that I purchased the TW collection (and love it as much as I do) because I know nothing about Dr. Who aside from two facts: David Tennant is smoking hot and one of the older Doctors wears that huge multicolored scarf. I don't even know what Torchwood is, so I can't make any comments there.

This is where someone in the audience screams "GET THE TORCHES AND PITCHFORKS! BURN HER! BUUUUUUURRRRNNNNNNN"

Minty Fresh Goodness

I was feeling super tired last Thursday and decided to put some makeup on to relax. I was home alone that evening (Mr. Mango went out with his work friends) so I got lazy and quit after finishing the left eye.

hi oh mint blast AWAAAAY

;aslbha;obao'aja'g

Ohhhh them sparkles

Lid: WnW mint green, half of the old "Exotic Duo" duo (RDOR) from when the MegaEyes line was packaged in chunky blue plastic containers, patted over PE

Crease: both black shadows from the WnW Greed Palette topped with a teeny bit of the mint green

Highlight: creamy whitish shade from the WnW trio of suck

Inner corner/waterline: UD 24/7 liner in Yeyo

Lower lashline: UD 24/7 liner in Oil Slick topped with the purple half of the WnW "Exotic Duo"

Liner (upper and out lower corner): Palladio Eye Ink (the black one, of course)

I got fancy and tried a new (cheap) mascara; it's one of the Wet n Wild $3 ones, and it's actually not too bad so far. I might try reviewing it once I've used it for a full week.

STOP---Coco time.

The rare and dangerous wild Lepus stinkybutticus ragemaster, or the angry Coco, has finally been observed extensively by researchers and the findings were caught on (digital) film. Captions have been included for the benefit of the curious reader.

Here the angry Coco is seen exhibiting possessive behavior, vigorously rubbing his rageful little chin against the object of his (platonic) desire.

The call of the wild Coco can be heard at 0:02 in the following video:

*Sidenote: mother-in-law is home from the hospital and doing well; she's started on a few kinds of medication for her heart and diabetes and has gone a whole week without smoking, which is quite awesome.

Raspberries in Champagne (sounds delicious)

I don't know what Wordpress is doing but after I posted my last post (RDOR) it gave me this lovely little quote:
Dreams are illustrations from the book your soul is writing about you. - Marsha Norman

I think it's kind of sweet and romantic, a combination of two of my favorite movies---What Dreams May Come and Inception---and I like that. It's nice when loved things come together in unexpected ways.

This is, strangely enough, the makeup I wore the day we decided to take Mom-in-law to the emergency room. I wanted to look more awake than I felt but I feel like the white actually worked against me in this case. I should try this again with a darker mascara on the lower lashline.

Lid/crease: NYX JEP in Milk topped with NYX Champagne

Highlight: creamy white from the WnW purple trio of suckiness

Liner: UD 24/7 liner in Oil Slick

Lower lashline/waterline: NYX JEP in Milk topped with the same creamy white shadow

Face: Revlon Colorstay foundation in Buff, Hard Candy Moon Glow powder, Physicians Formula Powder Palette Multi-Colored Blush in Blushing Peach

Eyebrows: ELF palette in Medium

Mouf: L'Oreal Colour Riche lipstick in Raspberries, which is really more of a slightly brownish brick hue than a 'raspberry' color

I love the color of the lipstick, and I think it really suits my slightly yellowy skintone, but I'm not too fond of how it gathers in the creases on my lips. Thankfully this isn't terribly noticeable from a distance, and it's easily fixed by wearing the lipstick over a lipliner or by blotting-reapplying-blotting. HALLELUJAH!

The light blots in the background of those photos are the Christmas lights we have hanging inside the apartment. I've been using them as my sole light source lately and it's so pretty and soothing. I love the soft glow it gives everything, and how it leaves more darkness than light. Sometimes too much light makes me tired or gives me headaches, and I find that the gentler lighting has improved my mood. I just want to sit and listen to love songs and soft music. We should check the thrift stores for more lights.

WARNING: There's a crapload of music ahead; some of it's sappy, some folksy, some just plain weird.

Favorite love song ever. Listening to this makes my chest feel tight like there's a little alien incubating in there.

G freaking D I love slightly chubby men. And beards. And musical talent. Also, gingers, tall people, short people (mostly gymnasts HOO BOY), glasses, sideburns and general awkwardness. You know what? I just love people. I love looking at people. So much fodder for creativity and characterization in art and writing.

One of these things is not like the others... I just love this guy's voice. Also, he mentions elderly persons giving blowjobs and it's kind of funny in a horrible, sad way that makes me feel ashamed.

If you want even MOAR music, I recommend SongsToWearPantsTo, Sam Hart (the guy who wrote the Mario Kart Love Song), Bassnectar if you're into dubstep, and Parry Gripp for general silliness.

Serious thoughts about cardiovascular health, followed by other things

Derping out some makeup I've done in the past week. It's been a little hectic over here; Mr. Mango and I had to take Mother Mr. Mango to the emergency room; she'd had chronic shortness of breath for a few days running, and we thought she might have had pneumonia or bronchitis since she's a heavy smoker. After talking with the lovely nurses and doctor (seriously, they were all awesome ladies) she was transferred to the hospital. We learned that she has congestive heart failure, which sounds terrifying but is basically when your heart starts a protest and demands better work conditions. Forty-some years of smoking and uncontrolled diabetes, mixed with a steady diet of fast food and diet Coke, means that mom-in-law will need to make some big lifestyle changes to ease up on her heart. Thankfully it's pretty easy to control this kind of heart disease if you're willing to make those changes and take some medicine; mostly it will involve her taking insulin for her diabetes and some medication that will encourage higher oxygen uptake in her blood so her heart doesn't have to overcompensate.

Ladies out there: please, please, PLEASE take care of your tickers. Heart disease doesn't always mean chest pains and palpitations. In women the symptoms are often more subtle and sneaky, like shortness of breath and coughing (due to fluid buildup in the lungs), serious fatigue (cause your heart be tired yo), sudden weight gain and swelling of the limbs, or even that weird feeling that you have to belch and just can't get it out. If something with your body is weird and it just won't go away, please get it checked out. Sometimes playing hero means asking for help and taking care of yourself instead of ignoring the discomfort. People out there love you and depend on you. I probably love you, as long as you didn't steal my parking spot today parking spot thief.

.

Back to our regularly scheduled dose of vanity:

Just used those random products I don't really like. This time it was UD Oil Slick liner smudged with the WnW purple trio of crap, followed up by naked skin and some eyebrows. I even got fancy and made a frowny GIF. Oooo!

.

Wore this to do my final presentation on my internship at Kellogg's. I thought it was going to be serious business and professional-like but apparently the other four students didn't get the memo. I had to cram my whole speech into five minutes, when it should have taken double or even triple that time.

Lid: NYX JEP in Milk topped with NYX Iced Mocha

Crease: more Iced Mocha, it's all over the place

Liner: idk, maybe Milani Liquif'Eye in black

Highlight: creamy white-pink from the WnW purple trio of crap

Blush, shown off with that sassy head tilt OOO: ELF Studio Blush in Mellow Mauve

Lips: L'Oreal Riche lipstick in Raspberries, applied as a stain with my fingers, topped with DG tinted lipbalm in Pochacco

I'm pretty fond of that lipcolor combo with the blush. It looks like I ate a cherry popsicle and went for a jog, getting all rosy and pink and stuff. I'll have to try it with a brighter, lighter eyeshadow. I feel like the taupey-silvery shadow makes me look a little tired when I'm not wearing it with warmer colors. I like the tired look, but it's not such a good idea when you want to look all perky and happy for school- or job-related goings-on.

Computergirl's Musings: the free stuff edition

Computergirl is hosting a '12 Days of Christmas' giveaway!

Go and check it out; if you win you get a free (freeee!) MAC eyeshadow in whatever color you want. I'm assuming she's only allowing colors currently available on the website, but who knows. Maybe she's just that dedicated.

Use It or Lose It, Scene I

The unfortunate thing about not wearing makeup often is that the stuff I don't like---or is inconvenient to get to---often gets shoved to the side and never seen and I use that one other thing that I DO like instead. After digging through my paltry collection I picked out some stuff that I didn't like and decided to try and use as much of it as I can in the next few months. I don't know if I'll stick it out ALL the way, but at least I can try and get some stuff out of the way.

ELF Studio Eyebrow Kit in Medium: Bought this earlier in the summer, tried it once and promptly shoved it in a random drawer because the powder side was waaay too warm for my coloring. I need an ashy, grayish-almost-greenish brown; anything that's too warm or neutral turns this awkward shade of Jersey orange.

Hard Candy Moon Glow: I was looking for a soft, shimmery highlighting powder; unfortunately this wasn't right for me. On my skin it was more of a matte setting powder with very sparse golden glitter. I don't know if it's the particular pan of product or my expectations were off; when I saw this swatched on Phyrra and the Muse the sparkly-shimmery goodness was a bit finer as well a touch more noticeable, which is exactly what I want. Instead of giving me a soft glow I look more like I have a touch of fallout everywhere, or maybe a small unicorn farted in my general direction.

Wet'n'Wild MegaEyes trio: The name has worn off of this one so I don't even know what it's supposed to be called; this line of eyeshadows was replaced by their ColorIcon products, but I think I've had this for... two years? Three? And I've only used it a couple times for the creamy highlight shade. That creamy color (which is actually more of a pinked-white) is the most pigmented of the three, followed by the purple in the middle (which turns an awkward cool-ashy shade) and the craptastic lavender on the end. Huge disappointment. I'll do what I can with it, maybe use the shit shade as a cheek highlight or something...

NYX singles in Champagne and Iced Mocha, depotted and abused: Iced Mocha has seen better days. I've barely even TOUCHED Champagne. IM is supposedly a dupe for MAC Satin Taupe, and it's pretty much the same thing as WnW Nutty, which I like better anyway. Champagne is... I don't know, a normal champagne-y color. They're reasonably pigmented, blend well, the last over primer, etc. I just never use them. They're obviously easy to dupe, and I have far more interesting neutrals to work with from indie brands, so I'd kind of like it if they magically got used up.

Evil Shades Primrose Path sample: I've also been awful about using up samples, even if I love the product contained within. This one, for example, has been used exactly one time in the past year. It's not a bad color; I actually think it's quite pretty, especially with that freaking adorable green glitter. It just keeps hiding itself between the other things in the tacklebox makeup storage zone. Hopefully finishing one sample will help me get to other samples, especially the ones I'm not squirreling away just in case I need to barter with them in a horrible post-apocalyptic world where beauty products are highly prized and food is scarce and oh my frig I am one of those hoarders.

I will never use up Barkley! He always has love to give. Loooove.

I wish Coco would pose for photos half as well as this little pig. Poor, lonely bunny. And then there's the fish, whose life is a dark, dark abyss. Sad Keanu is sad.

Mr. Sandman, bring me a dream

...so I can crush it like a delicious Pringle. Unfortunately that song is dangerously catchy. Also, Nyan-cat.

On school days I'm pretty fond of doing this sort of makeup: neutral-ish wash all over (and under) the lid with a bit of liner and mascara.

Lid: DG Enter Sandman over PE
Crease and lower lashline: Enter Sandman, no PE
Liner: Palladio Eye Ink
Brows: ELF studio brow kit thing in Medium---only the wax

Love Enter Sandman. Don't love the brow kit. The wax is an alright color, even though the staying power is kind of poopy, but the powder is waaay too warm. Like, holy cow what have I done to my brows they're like tiny orange slices. It's much better as an eyeshadow than an actual brow color, at least for my preferences.

Thursday, December 1, 2011

I would post the title of this look but I'd get too many weird search hits.

As it is I might get some awkwardness with the titles of the eyeshadows. I'm all for interesting names but they sure do make it hard to blog. Speaking of names, have I ever told you my real one? It's Dani. Or Danielle. Or Daniannapants. Surprise! Woo!

Lid: CM Temptress EDIT: OVER PIXIE EPOXY! The primer I was using was not behaving well and kept making Temptress patchy and faint when I know it's so much prettier.
Crease: CM Smut
Lower lashline: the bronze and gold shades from ELF Nymph quad all smooshed up in there

On a side note, I am super stoked that this semester is almost done. I only have one final exam this year (probably, depends on what the elderly teacher wants to do) and two easy-peasy presentations. This is amazing.

Simple Purplenessthing

I've realized, over time, that my jar of Evil Shades Gift River appears to have strictly blue shimmer rather than green; even in person the sparkles are distinctly blue. I actually like the way it looks over the slightly warm purple base. Verrah nice.

Lid: ES Gift River over Fyr Pixie Epoxy
Crease: WnW matte black very lightly applied and blended with NYX Highlight, with a very small amount of Gift River added on top
Highlight/inner corner: SM Silk Sheets <3
Lower lashline: AL Private Lunacy smooshed right up in them thurr lashes

In person the lower lashline had a sick/sleepless look that I really liked. [ugh what a weirdo]

Swatched: Revlon 'Love That Pink'

Although I've been curious about them I'm just too cheap and lazy to go buy MAC lip products (or any of their products, really) and the thought of buying something so much more expensive than my usual products makes me nervous, so I've been looking for dupes of the things I want. One of those things was Impassioned; based on swatch photos found online it looked like it would be the perfect shade of melon pink. Several blogs suggested Revlon Super Lustrous lipstick in Love That Pink as a dupe. I grabbed it at The Store Which Must Not Be Named for just over 6USD and started swatching it.

I love how it looks in the tube, although these photos are inaccurate. It's more of a vibrant neon pink with a sploosh of coral. In certain lighting it can look a bit like a neon red.

Below: Morgana Cryptoria Azalea, Love That Pink

I've swatched it next to MC Azalea (which looks like Girl About Town) for reference. This photo is much closer to how it translates on the lips; it's still very obviously pink, but it's not as cool-neutral as I had been hoping. It's very creamy and pigmented and I love the way it feels when it's on: smooth and somewhat moisturizing, but not so creamy that it feels like it's sliding around. It also mattes down very easily with blotting. I haven't tested the longevity yet but I don't think I'll really care either way because I really dig this thing. I love how bright and crazy it is---it's dramatic slash polished slash cute and makes me look alive instead of awkward.

Rickety Cricket and the Pop Star Zombie

This is the finished result of that thingy I posted on Sunday. I liked how it turned out; I don't think I've done green and magenta-purple before, so it was fun trying something different.

On a related note, does anyone have advice on getting bright colors to show up accurately? The apartement faces the wrong direction to get any sunlight now that it's winter, and the camera flash washes out the colors something awful, especially with pink, purple and red eyeshadow.
.
.
This is my seductive face.

The cuttingest crease I've ever tried. Not very sharp, but at least I'm learning things.

Eyes
Lid: AL Cricket over PE
Crease: AL Boilingpoint and ES Zombie
Lowerlashline: more Cricket and Boilingpoint
Inner corner: SM Pop Star Meltdown
Highlight: NYX Milk JEP, cream from WnW Vanity palette, Pop Star Meltdown
Liner: Palladio Eye Ink, black

Skin
Revlon Colorstay oily/combo foundation in Buff, used as an overall base and layered lightly on blemishes as a concealer
CoverGirl oil control powder in light? I'm too lazy to go check, my makeup is way over in the bathroom.
ELF bronzing quad thing in Warm or Golden, used as a blush toward the back of my cheeks

Mouf
AL lipbalm in Yuzu (maybe?)
a tiny bit of foundation (jizzlips lol) to mute my natural lip color
Maybelline ColorSensational lipstick in Champagne Shimmer, which is supposedly a dupe for UD's Midnight Cowboy lipstick. It's very shimmery without being chunky-glittery or even very frosty. It is a LITTLE frosty but I like it because it's such a sheer product. It had a weird, firm, balmy consistency, more like a Burt's Bees lipbalm than the new Revlon Lip Butters.
